This past weekend my family and I packed our bags, said our prayers and headed up to Van Nuys, Los Angeles. I had the pleasure of attending #weallgrowfamilia event that was hosted by We All Grow Latina Bloggers network at the Munchkin inc. headquarters. I was able to be apart of an event that was filled with so many inspiring boss ladies, mothers’ and many other public figures. This was my first event I attended since joining their network more than 2 years ago, as a new blogger.
Above is a photo I took as I entered the facility, everything was bright and colorful and beaming with inspiration. The team at We All Grow Latina worked extra hard at ensuring all the attendees were welcomed with open arms and felt at home. Upon entering, I was given a goodie bag filled with items to bring back to my children (which I plan to do a video about soon) if you’re not already to subscribed to my youtube channel, you can follow me HERE to see when I upload.
Throughout the facility, there were sponsor stations ranging from Mattel, Hampton by the Hilton, Munchkin Inc., and Yummy Spoonfuls, which happens to be managed by two amazing women. Camila Alves who is Matthew McConaughey’s wife and Agatha Achindu who is an advocate of real food and a God fearing woman are the ladies behind this delicious organic, flash frozen brand of Yummy Spoonfuls. Even though the brand is intended for baby’s and toddlers, mother’s can gain in on these yummy on the go snacks too. Take my word for it, they tasted so fresh and natural to the taste, which is what I look for when purchasing food.
I especially loved this “Together We Grow” saying on the pavement, which is really the sole purpose of We All Grow Latina network. They allow creators like myself to come together and have unforgettable opportunities to mingle and learn new ways at expanding ones’ business. Plus this photo was Instagram-worthy, don’t you think?
Of course, with any event, there are delicious delicacies’ for their hungry attendees. In the morning I had a simple yet satisfying meal that was hosted by Honey Bunches of Oats, which are what these square looking objects are made with. They were delicious!!
And for lunch, there was a variety of options, so I tried these wraps, and get this, the bowls were made from cauliflower rice, crazy!! But super creative and great to eat out of. As you can tell my experience was nothing short of amazing. Yes I was a little shy at first because that’s how I am, but I’m confident when I attend We All Grow Summit in March it will be even better.
